A fine mahogany campaign chest of drawers, two parts with a secretaire drawer to the centre top which is flanked by two small square drawers above three long drawers of various depths. Brass bound and with brass flush fitting handles, all affixed with steel screws for strength, ash linings to the drawers and decorative burr walnut veneers within the secretaire. Original turned and stained beech feet which unscrew and remove when the chest is packed for transport. English circa 1860.
