Henry Milbourne was a British landscape painter, possibly the son of the portrait painter, John Milbourne as he appears in early catalogues as ‘Milbourne Junior’.
He was a pupil of Francis Cotes R.A and studied at the Royal Academy Schools.
Milbourne exhibited 20 paintings at the Royal Academy from 1797 to 1823, and 15 at The British Institute. Many of his landscapes are views of Wales. He also painted in Cornwall and Suffolk.
