A fine Derby porcelain plate, c. 1795. The moulded, yellow ground plate beautifully painted to the centre, with a study of flowers, typical of the work by William Billingsley. Within a gilt floral border, possibly by William Cooper.
Puce painted mark to the reverse.
Typical, minor scratches to the enamel and gilding. Otherwise in perfect condition. No damage. No restoration.
