Early 1900's Mahogany, Arts & Crafts Influenced, Revolving Bookcase
This mahogany revolving bookcase dates from the 1920's, its design being influenced by the early Arts & Crafts movement. The square top sits above two storage shelves which are themselves divided into four sections. The piece sits on a simply designed revolving base with castors. It is a rich dark mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
