The mahogany top with rounded corners and veneered frieze sits above tapered reeded columns that stand on carved paw feet. The four mahogany doors with ebony stringing and lozenge-shaped escutcheons and silk pleats open to reveal adjustable shelves.
Excellent, with recently renewed silk pleats.
George Smith's "COLLECTION OF DESIGNS FOR HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE AND INTERIOR DECORATION" first published in 1808.
