The Beaker is of an unusual form and displays an everted rim. The front is engraved with a navette shaped bright cut cartouche containing an unusual contemporary Scottish Crest with the motto " Sursum - Upward " above. The reverse is also engraved with a contemporary Crest. The beaker is of a very good gauge and is very well marked on the base.

Height: 2.9 inches, 7.25cm
Diameter at the rim: 3 inches, 7.5cm.
Weight: 5.5 oz.
