An Edwardian silver plated kettle by Asprey & Co London.
The kettle has a hinged lid with a turned knob, a turned wood handle that is held between two shaped arms with paw feet.
The kettle sits on a circular stand with four paw feet and held between the legs is a spirit burner which would heat the kettle.
The spirit burner top unscrews to allow the spirit to be added and has a wick adjusting arm.
The kettle has a couple of minor dents and the plate does show some minor signs of wear.
The kettle is marked underneath "A&Co Asprey London 20377 3 1/2 pint". (Circa 1900)
