An Edwardian games compendium in a rosewood box.

The box has a hinged lid and a pair of front doors that swing open and hold a chess set. The compendium comprises, chess set, draughts set, backgammon, a fold out leather games board, cribbage board, cards, lead horses and jumps, dice shakers and dice, dominoes and draw bridge card holders in it's case.

The rosewood is veneered onto mahogany and the box has a pair of brass ring carrying handles. In very good condition and almost complete though there are no pegs for the cribbage board. (Circa 1910)
