Excellent condition. Both the whistle and compass work well and the piece is free of damage or restoration.

Novelty silver whistle, inset with a working compass. Made in London in 1904 by Cohen & Charles and then retailed by J.C. Vickery in Regent Street, London. The retailer's address is engraved on the back. There is an engraved coronet and the initials A.F on the front of the piece.
