Fine and impressive George IV period burr oak double tea-caddy. The quality and character of this unusual caddy is characteristic of the work of George Bullock. Of bombe shape with a bold carved egg-and-dart base and knulled feet; the chamfered loose lids flanking a carved acunthus-leaf loop-handle. Circa 1820.
