This is a French silver time piece made circa 1880
The gilt ¾ plate movement has a cylinder escapement and is key wound / key set from the back. The key is provided
The white enamel dial has blue steel hands and is in 95% mint condition
The timepiece sits in a round silver housing with a clip on back and a beaded design bezel.
The clock sits on a pillar which has ornate fret work and pierced work.
This in turn sits on a base, which is a piece of alabaster with stepped sides. The base has four silver inverted acorn feet.
The clock is in excellent condition overall
The clock measures 9cm high x 8.5cm wide x 5.5cm deep
