One rear leg swings through approximately 90 degrees to support the fully open top, which can now act as a tea or breakfast table. The frieze with flame veneered mahogany section panels to front and sides, with classical Chippendale style shaped C-scroll ears to each hip. The table is supported by shaped fluted and beaded legs.
