A very fine late 18th century Adam period flame mahogany veneered and tulipwood crossbanded Pembroke table of oval form,

England, circa 1780.

The rectangular and bow-shaped at either side solid mahogany top with two rounded flaps, all veneered in flame mahogany with tulipwood banding and moulded edge, above the bow-shaped frieze veneered and crossbanded conformingly, raised on square tapering legs finely carved with husked drops and terminating in original brass castors.
Fine antique condition.
