An early 19th century George IV mahogany two door bookcase.
The bookcase has two brass grille doors to the top and figured mahogany panel cupboard doors to the base.
The bookcase top is divided down the centre and has two sets of three adjustable shelves that slide forward to be moved up or down.
The cupboard base is again divided and has a single adjustable shelf to each section.
The bookcase top has a broad moulded cornice and flat pilaster pillar with carved detail top and bottom.
The cupboard base is decorated with half round pillars to each door with capitals top and bottom.
The bookcase has been sympathetically restored and polished and has a working lock and key.
