Look at what I found on the Online Galleries website!
A George IV oak side table with a gallery back and two dummy drawers.
The table stands on four tapering bobbin turned legs with exceptionally good quality and condition brass castors.
The design of this table is very similar to those made in Dublin diring the same period.
The table has a shaped gallery along the back and sides of the table top.
The table does not have drawers, although the dummy drawer fronts each have two turned wood knob handles.
This table is a lovely deep shade of Oak in quite an unusual design.
This table would be ideal in a passageway or hallway and could also be used as a writing table.
In excellent condition with stable legs and a good top surface. (Circa 1830)
Height 79cm (31.1 inches)
Width 114cm (44.8 inches)
Depth 54.5cm (24.4 inches)
