A Georgian silver dish cross made in London 1763 by Edward Aldridge. The four arms, with adjustable end supports, support the silver underplates and the central spirit burner provides the heat. Engraved with contemporary initials " TW " beneath an earl's coronet. Fully hallmarked underneath the burner, and on the arms with the maker's mark.
