The Caddy Spoon has a scallop shell bowl and the curved handle is decorated with bright cut and prick dot designs. The top of the stem is also engraved with a set of contemporary script initials. A near identical example is illustrated in "Caddy Spoons" by John Norie, Plate 17, fig c. The Spoon is in excellent condition and is very well marked.
