The hardwood armchair with an open shield shaped back and an elaborate pierced splat, profusely ivory inlaid with trailing leaves and flowers, the inlaid out-swept arms on ‘C’ scroll supports, above an upholstered seat with inlaid show-wood lower edge, on inlaid cabriole legs.
