Circa 1860, kingwood marquetry and gilt metal mounted bonheur du jour, the central cupboard door with an oval plaque depicting two lovers, flanked on either side by 3 curved drawers, the lower section with a serpentine shaped frieze drawer fitted with a hinged velvet lined writing surface, all is standing on cabriole legs terminating in sabots.
