Diana was born in 1943 in Simla India of English parents.

She studied fine art at the Regent Street Polytechnic under Lawrence Gowing, Frank Auerbach and Francis Hoyland and graphics and printmaking at the London School under Tom Eckersley.

Diana worked as an Art Director in advertising and interior design before returning to painting.

Diana's paintings are in many private collections including in America, U.K. and South Africa.
