A large early 19th century oak framed map of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The map which shows Newcastle during the reign of William IV was undertaken by the surveyor and architect T.Oliver in 1830 and printed in Edinburgh a year later.

The map shows the city of Newcastle with the borough of Gateshead and their suburbs.

The map has been framed in the early 20th century and is in good condition though you can see minor bits of damage under the glass. (Circa 1831)
