Item Description / Dealer Expertise

This very pretty fall-front bureau is Edwardian, C.1890.
It is mahogany, crossbanded in satinwood, with boxwood and ebony stringing. The front and top are butterfly-veneered in very good flame mahogany, and it has its original polish.
It bears the stamp of the maker, Maple & Co.
