The marble specimens are as follows:- Green: possibly verde antico; Red:possibly red porphyry; Sections/segments red and yellow: Sicilian jasper Surrounded by green porphyry and quartz
Note: The eminent firm of Holland & Sons were at 19 Marylebone Street, London, in 1843 and moved to Mount Street I 1852 and supplied much of the important furniture for Osborne House, Queen Victoria;s house on the Isle of Wight
