The jug has a triple reeded rim and handle while the body is decorated with engraved spiral bands around the base and just below the rim.
The front of the jug has a bright cut over cartouche with the initials 'R' over 'B M' in the centre.
The jug has the hall marks for George III, Newcastle and 'JL' for the maker John Langlands.
The jug is in good condition. (Circa 1790)
