Crest is: per chevron or and azure, in chief two oak trees proper and in base a castle triple towered. Faint impression of maker’s mark to rear, ROGERS HIGH ST OXFORD. James Rogers, 51 High Street, Oxford, worked between 1907 - 1952 as a sculptor, craftsman in wood and later described as Heraldic Artist.
