A fine quality late 19th century Victorian olive wood stationery cabinet or box.
The cabinet has a hinged lid with a fall front writing slope that has storage area for pens and paper knives and flips over to the writing board.
The interior is fitted out with compartments for stationery, an opaque glass note board and two glass inkwells with hinged glass lids.
Inside the cabinet and sold with it is a 19th century British passport for Rudolph W Feldtmann dated 1889 and fitted into it's own leather folder.
The cabinet is in very good condition and comes with a key. (Circa 1880)
