Pair of George III mahogany cutlery boxes, cross banded in tulipwood, the lids inlaid with shell paterae, the serpentine fronts with moulded pilaster columns inlaid with stop fluting and further enhanced with bright cut silver mounts incorporating a crest of a knights helm. The interiors retain the original fittings and a shell inlay to the inside lids.
