These fine and delicately cast three-light wall brackets are styled as scrolling, leafy vines with three branches, each holding lights formed as buds with drip pans. The three branches all meet at a central support. A finely detailed parrot is shown perched on the lower-most branch of each bracket with outspread wings and a long, trailing tail.

The design is after models by Charles Cressent, one of the most highly celebrated of the makers of furniture and decorative arts during the French Rococo period of the 18th Century. A set of four wall brackets by Cressent, of this design, are displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
