Pair of Sheraton Style Armchairs (c. 1900 United Kingdom)

Circa 1900, pair of George III style mahogany armchairs in the Sheraton style. The chairs have very stylish carved and lattice back, the top rail with a carved foliate plaque. The arms are reeded, swept and curve down to the front. The chairs have a bow fronted apron and stand on elegant square tapering and carved legs at the front and swept legs at the back. Good colour and very elegant.
