Pair of Swan-handle Urns (1840 to 1870 France)

This elegant pair of urns, with fixed lids, comes from France, and were probably made towards the middle of 19th century.
They are white marble and gilded bronze, the bronze having its original gilding in beautiful textures, the feathers matt to contrast with the refined gloss of the other mounts.
