Pair of Victorian Pedestal Bedside Cabinets (c. 1870 United Kingdom)

Circa 1870, pair of Victorian pedestal bedside cabinets (adapted). The maple and elm pedestals have moulded tops above a series of graduating drawers, the bottom 2 drawers making up 1 deep drawer. The drawer fronts have brass escutcheons and finely turned handles. The pedestals have small turned pilasters on each corner and stand on a shaped enclosed plinth. Wonderful colour and good size.

Size 80cm high x 42cm wide x 38cm deep.
