A late 19th century Swiss pocket barometer, compass and thermometer made by F Kuhn Luzern.
The instruments are held in a gilded brass case with the barometer on one side and the compass on the other with a mercurial thermometer in a circular tube surrounding it.
The barometer has a silvered dial and is signed on the dial with the maker's mane.
The barometer has it's original leather covered case which opens on both sides so that the instrument can be read without taking it out of the case.
The barometer, compass and thermometer are all in working condition. (Circa 1890)
Case: Height 3.8cm (1.5 inches)
Length 7.4cm (2.9 inches)
Width 6.3cm (2.5 inches)
