An early 19th century Regency mahogany "Gillows of Lancaster" design sideboard.

The sideboard comprises a pedestal cupboard at each end, the right with a single shelf and the left with two mahogany sliding trays.

The bow centre of the top has one short and one long drawer and the sideboard stands on eight carved mahogany bun feet.

The sideboard has wonderful flamed mahogany veneer to the cupboard and drawer fronts with fine ebony beading and along the back edge a short back with a carved shell in the centre.

The sideboard is in un-restored condition but is priced to include sympathetic restoration and the fitting of keys to the locks and also any repairs to the locks. (Circa 1810)
