The jardinière, or ‘flower table’ as the original manufacturer referred to it, still retains the original plant tray which would be concealed by the tray top when the table is not planted. This item is of exceptional quality.

A design for a table with a similar shaft is illustrated in the Gillow Archive reference 344/3481 and described as a ‘flower table’ and dated January 31st 1826
