A good Regency barometer with shell marquetry inlays by "Cetti & Co, 25 Red Lion Street, Holborn, London". Joseph Cetti & co are listed as working from 1802-1839 and at 3 Long Street, Smithfield (1802) 54 Red Lion Street (1803-1815) and 25 Red Lion Street (1816-1839) this barometer unusually inscribed and signed in ink on the inside of the back board "18 Otober 1833" (note the absence of the "C" in October)!
