A rare Scottish Regency mahogany library secretaire.
Interesting to see is, that there are a lot of
small special drawers ( inlaid with the letters of the alphabet ) and a secret compartment in
the top section.
In the under section, behind the doors,
there are folio slides.
Still with the typical Edinburgh pattern
original brass mounts and handles
and with the beautiful old patination,
circa: 1810
