A fine George III Sheraton period West Indian satinwood, tulipwood banded and decorated demi-lune pier cabinet. The top with tulipwood banded and box strung circumference and edge over a frieze comprising of similarly constructed panels. The central section with curved cupboard doors with painted panels laid centrally on each door, bordered by satinwood columns, further decorated panels either side and a serpentine shaped lower frieze. The four outset columns strung with ebony and topped with purple heart panels on the frieze and terminating in tapering square section feet. The cabinet offers exceptional quality, is of excellent colour and in fine virtually original condition.
