A Sheraton period satinwood secretaire cabinet banded overall in rosewood and inlaid with boxwood and ebony lines, the top with a pair of Gothic glazed doors, the lower section with a fitted secretaire drawer above a recessed arched drawer on square tapering legs.
Very good condition and colour, original mahogany knobs.
An almost identical cabinet sold Christies, lot 134, Important English Furniture, November 1993, King Street, London.
