Very well casted Japanese Meiji bronze sculpture of a sitting tiger.

The Maruki Company in Nihonbashiku, Tokyo, produced some of the finest works of art in ivory and bronze during the Meiji period, commissioning many skilful artists. They exhibited at the domestic and international exhibitions. Atsuyoshi was one of the artists engaged in the company.
