Antique Staffordshire pottery figure of a lion standing on a base with a paw resting on a ball made in the early 19th century. The figure is well coloured with a good pearlware glaze and dates to the early 19th century England. The application of the blue decoration around the base is especially appealing.
Professional restoration at the tail.
