Stunning Set Of Six Regency Inlaid Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs
This Stunning Set Of Regency Inlaid Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs ca, 1830 have been constructed from beautifully figured mahogany timbers. This Delightful set have lovely curved backs with decorative inlay oval panels, boxwood and ebony string inlay around the edges. They stand on splayed back legs, tapering front legs and have a H stretcher for added stability. These super chairs have a green velvet fabric with matching braid trim. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
