Two volumes complete - Volume One - 434pp and Volume Two - 258pp, [2]. Original three colour cloth, title in gilt to spine. Slightly rubbed to extremities, and covers, with a couple of very light scores, colours very slightly faded. Internally a hint of foxing to page edges, otherwise bright and clean. One of three hundred sets, this one being number one hundred and thirty-eight. "The log contains many important passages which do not appear in either of Bligh's previously published books, as well as information patiently collected on the social life of the Tahitians" (Hill).
