Three volumes complete - Volume One - xvi, 554pp; Volume Two - xvi, 583pp, [1] and Volume Three - xiv, [2], 603pp, [1]. Contemporary half morocco and marbled paper over boards, smooth spines, divided into four unequal panels, volute corner pieces to first panel, author and volume number to second, elongated volute panel to third, with a crown to foot, all in gilt, large spot marbled paper to covers, with smaller spot pattern to endpapers, all edges marbled. Externally volume three has a very small nick to spine, otherwise very good indeed, internally bright and clean. Volumes two and three have a small gift inscription to second free endpaper.
