The tables diminish progressively in size and slide inside one another. These were generally made in threes, which Sheraton called ‘trios’. The rectangular tops each with a double band of boxwood stringing and with kingwood and figured yew wood cross banding around central panels of veneer, the larger with rosewood and the two smaller with panels of sabicu. Each has a raised cockbead to three sides. Fine turned legs to platform trestle ends and all with painted decoration to simulate rosewood.
