A mid 19th century Victorian mahogany childs high chair. The chair comprises a miniature arm chair on a square stand/table. The arm chair has a drop in pad seat with old upholstery and a removeable brass bar to hold the child in place. The chair has a metal bolt under the seat which fastens it to the table. The square table is on four turned legs and has a hole in the centre where the fastening bolt goes through. The chair is in good condition, the table top has old dents from use. The polish has been sympathetically restored. (Circa 1860)
