Novelty after dinner item. An unusual antique sterling silver toothpick holder in the form of a tooth. Engraved to both sides “Just a toothful”. Gilt inside. Weight 56 grams, 1.8 troy ounces. Height 5.5 cms. Maker Henry William Dee. Circa 1870.
This rare little silver tooth is in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. The internal silver marks are in a difficult place and are hard to read. The silver marks on the front are rubbed and only the maker’s mark and Victoria’s head can be made out.

Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item.
