A very large sauceboat, hallmarked underneath as shown.Hunt & Roskell produced jewelry and silver for the aristocracy and royal family and exhibited at the Crystal Palace exhibition in 1851.Hunt & Roskell employed sculptors and artists to design some of their pieces.
