The surface of the coffee pot is plain with a band of chased Lindisfarne/Celtic style interlacing and bead ornamentation to the upper rim.
This coffee pot fitted with a hallmarked domed hinged cover surmounted with the original fine and impressive carved wood finial with a central sterling silver top ornamented with a quatrefoil design and rope twist border.
This vintage coffee pot retains the original plain C shaped carved wood handle with a plain scrolling thumbpiece.
The handle is fitted to sterling silver sockets embellished with chased symmetrical interlacing and scrolling decoration in the iconic Lindisfarne style.
The impressive spout is ornamented with panels of interlacing chased decoration to the lower portion in addition to an impressive Celtic dragon style design to the shaped lip.
