This impressive and collectable vintage George VI sterling silver bowl has a rounded quaich style form supported by a pedestal onto a circular spreading foot.
The body of the bowl is embellished with four collet set round cut citrines.
Each citrine is surrounded by an applied circular motif with engraved decoration in a Celtic Arts and Crafts manner.
This unusual, large quaich bowl has a plain handle to either side.
The pedestal of this impressive Arts and Crafts bowl is embellished with a band of engraved Celtic style decoration accented with four cylindrical applied bead motifs.
The circular spreading foot is ornamented with four collet set round cut citrines within a band of engraved Celtic style decoration.
