The egg cup has a plain circular bell shaped form onto a circular spreading foot.
The body of the egg cup is encicled with a simplified engraved scene depicting a cockrel and other fowl on a grassy terrain.
The surface of the Old English pattern egg spoon is plain and embellished with an engraved illustration of a cockrel to the handle terminal.
The reverse of the spoon features a pip to the terminal and a plain rounded heel to the bowl.
This vintage egg cup and spoon are fitted to the original hinged leatherette box with satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a hinged catch.
